Hi all,

Thought I'd just share a little bit about myself this evening
Hope you're all well!

1. I live in Western Australia. Aussie Aussie Aussie!
2. I was a vegetarian for 10 years, I love animals more than anything.
3. I'm currently studying psychology and I love it.
4. I love doing little DIY projects. Nothing crazy, just adding personal touches to the décor of a room is fun!
5. One of my favourite actresses is Liv Tyler. I think she is absolutely stunning and I am a little obsessed with Lord of the Rings.. oh to be an elf.. hahah just joking

6. I love watching YouTube videos.. no surprises here! I love beauty and fashion and I love watching people talk about it!
7. I would love to live in New York for some time of my life. Very cliché yes but don't we all want the same things really?
8. I hope to have children one day.. I love kids , they melt my heart!
9. I'm a bit of an insomniac.. I don't enjoy sleeping.. is that strange? Yes.
10.My favourite movie is Donnie Darko. Again, probably no surprises here. If you have not seen this movie I strongly urge you to! Yes, it is considered a thriller so don't watch it with your children, but if you're into strange/ psychologically interesting movies you will love it!

11. My favourite colour is pink.....  (can you tell I'm running out of ideas)

Thrifty tip ...

Hey lovelies,

Just another dupe find to share with you. Again; it is wildfox jumper.. are you surprised?

I must say, I'm not a huge fan of the feel of this material however the sparkly-ness of this jumper does it for me.. so cute.

It is not as inexpensive as what I payed and I apologise for that.. however that's what Ebay's all about.. finding steals when they're available.

DIY jewellery display

Hey all,

Sorry about the somewhat lack of posts, have been a tad busy. However, I thought I would share with you a new way I have been displaying my jewellery. Now, this won't be everyone's taste. I'm not even sure If it's mine completely (ha ha) but I like it for now & it fits in well with my bedroom.

This was so simple to do; all it is is a cork board with pretty material stapled on , hung on the wall with a hook via the pink ribbon.

My local hardware store has been so kind in lending me their staple gun on several occasions- however I'm thinking of buying one myself- they're so so useful!

Thrifty tip..

Now, if you can't already tell I love a good bargain. I detest spending huge amounts of $$ on things I feel, do not deserve it. No, I will not spend $200 on a sock. Therefore, I thought I would start a bit of a series where I show you little pieces I have picked up (usually dupes) for a quarter of the price!
To begin, I love wildfox. I think their designs are so cute and wearable however their prices are quite ridiculous.
I found this dupe of the wildfox smiley face sweater.

The quality is very nice and it only cost a total of AU$11.85 (including shipping). The material is somewhat thin, however really soft.

It is so similar to the real thing :)

It comes in one size and I would say it would fit anyone ranging from a size 6-14 (AU). If you are not within this range you could always wear it a little higher with something underneath.
